Biography

A cross-sector operator and advisor.

Patriek Karayil has held senior executive and advisory roles across health, education, technology, federal innovation, and digital transformation. His work combines C-suite operating experience — as Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Digital Officer — with public-sector innovation and health-policy planning.

As a White House Presidential Innovation Fellow (Class of 2023) placed within ARPA-H at the Department of Health and Human Services, he supported strategic planning for a federal health-innovation agency and coordination across health agencies. He subsequently contributed to health-policy transition planning connected to Secretary Kennedy's 100-day health agenda, and serves as a strategic advisor within HHS.

Across two decades in the private sector, he led growth, marketing, and digital transformation at global enterprises including Dell and LivingSocial, and served as a C-level leader and advisor across education-technology and travel-technology companies. Today he is the founder and operator behind Karawell AI and the creator of an independent health-media practice.
